We’ve created a special place for our clients to come enjoy the benefits of exercise in a private setting. Our new studio was completed in August of 2004. We pride ourselves on having the latest equipment and technology to serve our clientele, yet at the same time our clients enjoy the benefits of having privacy during their workouts. Come and run on our high-tech treadmills or take a turn on our climbing wall. It’s unlike any other facility in the valley because we offer only private or semi-private sessions and we’ve worked to create a multi-purpose approach to wellness just for you.
