WOD – Kelly’s WOD

The One to One Wellness WOD is provided to you by Kelly Chadwick. This is a perfect WOD for those of you looking for an outdoor experience! As always, the WOD is aimed to get your heart rate up, build functional core strength, and push you beyond your comfort zone. Build your endurance and take it to the next level.

For those of you who live in the town of Jackson Hole, WY…this is a perfect start to your day!

Warm Up: Run from Mike Yokel to stop sign at Redmond and Kelly, 10 Mtn Climbers. Take a right and run up both hills until the road turns, 10 Mtn Climbers. Run downhill, back to the stop sign at Kelly and Redmond, 10 Mtn Climbers. Run back to Mike Yokel, 10 Mtn Climbers

6 picnic tables
5 push ups and 5 dips on each side of each picnic table, for a total of 60 of each.
Between each set of push ups and dips skip 15 yards out and jog back.

5 toe taps on each foot and 5 butt taps on each side of each picnic table, for a total of 60 each. Between each set up push ups and dips skip 15 yards out and jog back.

5 Rounds
Bear Crawl 20 yards
Lunge (arms up) 20 yards
Up and Over Rope Fence
20 Jumping Pullups
