The One to One Wellness Thursday WOD is provided to you by Rob Macal. This circuit style training WOD is equipment free–a functional body weight exercise and is perfect for those of you who are runners! As always, the WOD is aimed to get your heart rate up, build functional core strength, and push you beyond your comfort zone. Build your endurance and take it to the next level. Be True! Stay Strong!
Air Squat (15-20)
Mountain Climbers (20-40 single leg or both simultaneously)
Side Plank (15-60 seconds) or Side Plank to Reaching (10/10-20/20)
Do this 3-5 rounds with a minute rest between rounds. Scale yourself accordingly to your own level.
